What are we doing well?:
Everything! From my very first purchase via Betterskin I have been delighted with not only the products and the samples but also by the service and delivery time. I now never need to wonder when my products will turn up because they're usually on my doorstep before I'm out of my dressing gown the next day. On occassions when I've had to place my order by phone I have been left with the feeling that I am a valued customer and by the end of the conversation my spirits have been lifted immeasurably. Thank you Catherine!!

Betterskin is fantastic! Not only do you offer fabulous savings on all of my favourite brands, your customer service is phenomenal. Even though February is free delivery month, my last order arrived 24 HOURS after I ordered online! (Silly me, I mistakenly thought free delivery would mean the SLOWEST form of snail mail available, but no, betterskin sent my products by courier!!!) And don't get me started on the packaging itself - everything arrives in pristine condition presented perfectly in a cute box. Even the fab deluxe samples are gift wrapped! Thankyou betterskin - you are definitely the best online retailer I have ever purchased from.
